McCann Worldgroup

McCann Worldgroup grew out of McCann Erickson, an advertising agency formed in 1930 by Alfred Erickson and Harry McCann through the merger of The Erickson Company (founded 1902) and The H.K. McCann Compan (founded 1911). In 1997 McCann Worldgroup was established as seven different companies, now eight, including McCann Erickson, the world’s largest advertising agency network now generally branded as McCann; MRM, which focuses on digital communications and customer relationship management; Momentum, specialists in event marketing and promotion; McCann Healthcare, which handles medical/pharmaceutical communications; EXP, a global production services provider; UM, a leading global media management company; Weber Shandwick, one of the world’s largest public relations firms; and FutureBrand, a brand consulting and design company.
