CZAR is an international production company for commercials with offices in Amsterdam (Czar NL), Brussels (Czar BE), Hamburg (Czar DE), Berlin and Paris (Henry de Czar), associated with Danish production company Bacon. Czar was founded in 1990 by Rogier van der Ploeg, Geraldo Vallen and Rene Eller.
