Galileo uses Siminn Phone - November 8th, 2009

Iceland telecom Siminn promoted their 3G internet access in 2008 using a television commercial featuring Galileo and leaders of the Catholic Church, continuing in the same vein as the controversial 2007 ad featuring Jesus, Judas and the Last Supper.

Iceland band Sigur Ros have launched a music video for their recent track Gobbledigook featuring men and women in full nudity. The music video is inspired by nude photography icon Ryan McGinley, in particular his recent “I Know Where The Summer Goes” exhibition.

Siminn 3G Last Supper - October 13th, 2007

Síminn, a telecommunications company in Iceland, has raised a few eyebrows with an advertising campaign featuring Jesus and Judas preparing for the Last Supper.
