IKEA Come Home To Play
IKEA UK is encouraging parents to “Come Home to Play” in its latest campaign, inspiring adults to learn from childish enthusiasm by throwing off the shackles of “serious” and embracing the power of play. The commercial at the heart of the campaign, “Fly Robot Fly”, tells the charming story of a robot being taught to fly. Or, as we discover at the end, a father being shown how to play by his kids. Further elements use the same three characters to demonstrate the LATTJO jumping sack, Music Wall, art station and BUSA play tunnel.
The IKEA Fly Robot Fly campaign was developed at Mother London.
Filming was shot by Encyclopaedia Pictura director Daren Rabinovitch via Strange Beast and Ghost Robot with executive producers Sam O’Keefe and Mark De Pace, producer Kitty Turley, director of photography Michael Wood and Rob Leitzell, line producers Hera King and Josh Hartsoe.
