BMW Baby Boots
BMW’s contribution to April Fool’s Day this year was the launch of BMW Baby Boots. Every once in a while a game changing baby product hits the market. Using BMW xDrive technology, parents can see a marked improvement in their child’s walking performance. Carpet. Ceramic tiles. Varnished wood. A change of surface can change everything for a child. BMW xDrive Baby Boots, with intelligent, dynamic control, react to the slightest wobble and change of terrain. The BMW Baby Boots campaign was developed at FCB Inferno by creative director Owen Lee, producer Jason Ayers and account director Barnaby Kelly.
Filming was shot by director William McGregor via Mill+ with producer Josh Davies, production manager Terri Wood and director of photography Sam Heasman.
Editor was Hugo Vaughan Hughes at The Mill. Visual effects and design were produced at The Mill by executive producer Ian Berry, producer David Keegan, 2D lead artist Adam Maynard, 3D lead artists Gavin Marler, Ahmed El-Azma, motion graphics (studio) Diogo Pinheiro. Colourist was Jim Bracher with producer Dan Kreeger, and colour assist team Brendan Buckingham and Tom Mangham.
