Give Your Heart This Valentine’s Day
Heart Transplant UK is running a Valentine’s Day campaign centred on Stacie Pridden, who has been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension and may have only three months left to live if she cannot find a heart. The campaign is centred on a website, giveyourheart.co.uk , where visitors can register to be an organ donor, using an e-card to tell their friends about it.
Stacie is one of 265 people in the UK in need of a new heart. She’s been on a waiting list for three years. Whilst 9 out of 10 people support organ donation, only 3 out of 10 of us actually sign up.
The Give Your Heart campaign was developed at Dare, London, by creatives Chloe Pope and Jessica Morris with producer Karen Eagan.
Editor was Spencer Ferszt at Marshall Street Editors. Post production was done at Finish Post Productions by producer Cheryl Payne, colourist Paul Harrison, lead Flame artists Andy Copping, Flame artist Steve Murgatroyd and produced Phil Barnes.
