MoneySuperMarket, a British price comparison website-based business specialising in financial services, has launched “Running With Cats”, a television commercial featuring a man so invigorated by his car insurance savings that he wants to run with the wolves. The only problem is that there’s no wolves in his neighbourhood. Feeling amazing from his money saving morning, Bill takes to the streets of Croydon with Malcolm in tow. Through the early morning streets they run, collecting more and more feline friends as they go until Bill is surrounded by an enormous pack of cats. Past local libraries, down shopping streets and into the British countryside. The MoneySuperMarket spokesperson joins them to explain that you could also save money and feel fantastic, just like Bill.
The Running with Cats ad was developed at Mother London by creative directors Larry Seftel and David Day, and agency producer James Turnham.
Filming was shot by director Jeff Low via Biscuit Filmworks UK with managing director Shawn Lacy, executive producers Orlando Wood, Colleen O’Donnell, head of production Rachel Glaub, producer Kwok Man Yau and director of photography Angus Hudson.
Editor was Ed Cheesman at Final Cut.
Post production was done at The Mill.
