Marks & Spencer has launched “Christmas Magic & Sparkle”, the 2013 Christmas television advertising campaign, a fairytale featuring Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, David Gandy and Helena Bonham Carter. The campaign is rich with references to Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, Little Red Riding Hood, Aladdin and L. Frank Baum’s Wonderful Wizard of Oz. The online campaign includes a site, magicorsparkle.com, giving viewers the chance to name the dog in the commercial Magic or Sparkle.

The Magical Christmas campaign was developed at RKCR/Y&R, London by creatives Pip Bishop and Chris Hodgkiss, producer Sally Pritchett, business director Priya Patel, planning director Alison Hoad.
