Honda This Must Be The World

Honda Europe is running “This Must Be The World”, a commercial promoting the SH Mode 125 scooter. Filmed in the heart of Genoa and along the Ligurian coast of Italy, the commercial plays on simple but intense feelings that can be savoured riding with your scooter on an apparently anonymous road, like enjoying the feeling of the rain on your skin, the bright colours of the city or the warm light of the sunset shining on the tarmac along the seafront.

The This Must Be The World campaign was developed at McCann Worldgroup, Rome, by creative director Alessandro Sciortino, senior art director Andrea Vercellino, senior copywriter Paolo Chiabrando, art director Riccardo Daverio and copywriter Jan Mattassi.

Filming was shot by director/editor Luigi Pane via abstr^ct:groove with executive producer Giada Risso, producer Mauro Mastronicola, cinematographer Dario Ghezzi, photographer Diego Indraccolo, 1st AD Alice Gatti, production assistant Alessandro Salerno, colorist Diego La Rosa, motion designer Luca Siano.

    Beautiful little video. It works well and gets the job done. Nice timing, colors etc. A bit too much fish eye distortion on the wide angle lens they used. But a very good job overall.
