Doom Fogger insect spray was promoted in South Africa with “Roachville”, an outdoor campaign featuring miniature furniture and actual cockroaches depicting real-life scenarios inside cracks in the wall. The ambient campaign involved developing a make-believe world in public places, showing cockroaches in different environments being taken by surprise by the Doom Fogger treatment.

The Roachville campaign was developed at TBWA\South Africa by executive creative directors Matthew Brink and Adam Livesey, creative director Justin Wright, art director Sifiso Nkabinde, copywriter Thokozani Mashigo and agency producer Sharon Cvetkovski, account manager Vanessa Maselwa.
Post production was done at Orchestra Blue by editor Mark Lebenon and producer Veronica Gerfen. Audio post production was done at Opus by audio engineer Lovemore Nkuna. Design and illustration were by Paintopia.
