The ComicShop in Vancouver promoted its change of location recently with an innovative outdoor strategy involving stickers printed with onomatopoeia found in comic books. “Knock knock knock” is written on a door. “Slam” is written on a post box. “Vroom” is stuck on a fast car.
The Comic Shop Sounds campaign was developed at Spring Advertising by creative director Rob Schlyecher, art director/designer Jose Rivas and art director Jeremy Grice.
