BBC online coverage of the 2012 Olympics in London included “Your Olympic Athlete Body Match“, an interactive app connecting fans with the weight and height statistics of Olympic athletes. Typing in height and weight matches visitors with the body shape of athletes on Team GB and other Olympic teams. Visitors are able to share the results on Facebook or Twitter.
