The Times Jubilee Then and Now

The Times is promoting its coverage of the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II with an outdoor and print advertising campaign matching photographs from the present day with identical historical pictures. Archived photographs and contemporary images have been matched present the Queen on walkabout meeting up with present-day crowds, and as Princess Elizabeth meeting Winston Churchill at Guildhall, 1950, and walking with Prince Philip on honeymoon in Broadlands, 1947.
