Teleflora has released a new commercial featuring super-model Adriana Lima, designed to be shown during the second quarter of the 2012 Super Bowl on February 5, 2012. Lima takes center stage as she prepares for a special Valentine’s Day date, made all the better with a Teleflora’s XOXO Bouquet from the company’s 2012 Valentine’s Day flower collection. The message is simple, “Give and you will receive”.

“The thing I love the most about this ad is that everything happens in a very intimate moment, in a romantic place,” Adriana Lima reveals. “Men will learn about the emotions women feel and how important a gift of flowers is to us on Valentine’s Day. I know you guys will like it.”

Thanks for sharing, Duncan, this is a fun commercial! Did you know that Miss Lima is also featured in another Big Game ad? Yup -- we are proud to have her in our Kia Big Game commercial, too! If you haven’t seen it yet, be sure to check it out here: http://bit.ly/KiaBG2012. Are you excited for the other amazing commercials to come on Sunday?

I really like the Teleflora ad… as does just about every man in the world. I’ve been disheartened to read so many negative comments about the ad, particularly from women. I can understand where they are coming from, but I also wonder if they really know how a sophisticated man like myself viewed (and was inspired by) that commercial? For example, I showed the ad to my wife, who is a very beautiful brunette, and I said to her, “I’m not interested in Adriana Lima… but can see you pulling off that look--you are the sexiest woman I’ve ever met, and I would really love to see you explore your own feminine, sensual mystique, and let yourself be just as seductive.” She was inspired, and we had a very romantic time that night. The point is, you nailed it on the head: what a sophisticated man longs for is to be seduced by exquisite attention to detail, and you drove that message home. I can only hope that women would understand that, and that, more importantly, men would think past their p***s so that they can truly connect with their significant other in a meaningful way. Anyway, that’s just my two cents. What I’d really like to know is how can I (if it’s possible) obtain an mp3 of the music that goes with that commercial? I would love to have it playing as I light candles for a romantic evening with my wife. Thanks
