Stride Ridiculously Long Lasting Banner
The Stride Ridiculously Long Lasting Banner, designed to take online users to the Stride League of Ridiculously Long-Lasting Records, has been recognised with a Webby Award (and People’s Voice award) at the 2012 Webby Awards. The banner ad tested the limits of the human ability to click a mouse and hold it, despite the temptation to watch cute kitten and baby videos, correlating to the long lasting value of Stride Gum. The banner campaign had a click-through rate of 0.9% (the industry standard is 0.07%) and a ridiculously long record of 46:27 minutes.
The Stride Ridiculously Long Lasting Banner was developed at JWT New York.
