Franck Vinchon’s book ‘”Tranches de mort” (Slices of Death), published by Société des Ecrivains, is being promoted online through My Own Epitaph, a Facebook application helping readers to understanding the thinking behind the book. “Tranches de mort” follows characters whose stories suggest that death is not just an accident but the result of everything we experience in life. The “My Own Epitaph” application generates words written on your gravestone, using information from your Facebook profile, making use of all those slices of life that you placed on the social network.

The My Own Epitaph digital campaign was developed at SLAVA, Moscow, by creative director/art director Denis Lapshinov, creative director/copywriter Viktor Sokolov, copywriter John Mark Fitzpatrick, working with writer Frank Vinchon.
