Kodak Carousel – Facebook Timeline

Don Draper, creative director in the Mad Men television series, presented a pitch for the Kodak Carousel in the final episode of the first series. That scene was adapted in 2011 to suggest the thinking behind Facebook’s introduction of the Timeline feature. Jon Hamm’s performance as Don Draper provides the inspiration holds true today. Despite Lionsgate Media working to remove online copies of the Facebook version, the viral video still keeps appearing.
