DirecTV is reminding viewers about the importance of choosing satellite TV instead cable television in a television advertising campaign featuring “one thing leads to another” cable failure and frustration scenarios, including one starring Charlie Sheen in a dangerous Platoon reenactment. “See what happens when you make bad decisions. Don’t reenact scenes from Platoon with Charlie Sheen! Don’t Sell Your Hair to a Wig Shop. Don’t Wake Up in a Roadside Ditch. Stop talking to stray animals. Don’t Have a Grandson with a Dog Collar…”
