Coca Zero Unlocks the 007 in 70 Seconds
The Coke Zero “Unlock the 007” James Bond campaign was given a special twist in Antwerp Central Station in Belgium with “Unlock the 007 in You 70 Seconds”, a challenge aimed at pedestrians. A vending machine offered exclusive tickets to the new movie, Skyfall, with one condition. Contestants had to race over to a second vending machine at platform 6, overcoming obstacles such as an old lady with dogs, a spilled cart of oranges, and sing the James Bond theme tune. The James Bond Theme wass brought to life through the instruments of carefully positioned buskers accompanied by group of beatboxers.
Seventy people attempted the mission and a video showing the successful attempts was published a week before the UK launch of Skyfall. The video immediately went viral with over 8 million views in the month since its release on 18 October. Click on the image below to play the case study video.
