Cafe Joe in Israel is promoting its slushie drinks with an outdoor advertising campaign with the tag line, “Worth The Brain Freeze”. The posters show a man and a woman each holding a Summer Slushie, coping with the sphenopalatine ganglioneuralgia often associated with consuming frozen food.
