Simplot is promoting Birds Eye Field Fresh Vegetables products in Australia with “Field Fresh”, an advertising campaign celebrating a 60 year partnership with Australian farmers in Tasmania and Bathurst. The integrated campaign, featuring five animated birds, Finn, Chip, Brock, Gill and Goldie, and Stewart McGee an actual Birds Eye pea farmer in Bishopbourne, Tasmania, reminds consumers that good value is provided for long term farming as well as consumers. Two television commercials are supported with print and outdoor advertising, along with digital components on the Birds Eye website and Facebook page.

The Birds Eye campaign was developed at BWM Melbourne by executive creative director Rob Belgiovane, creative director Shaun Branagan, creative group heads Amy Hollier and Gus Johnston, executive planning director Jamie Mackay, group account director Belinda Murray, account executive Lewis Muholland, working with Simplot general retail marketing manager Tara Lordsmith, senior brand manager Sue Scott and brand manager Lana Gilbert.
