At&T is running “Warming Up”, an extended Olympic brand/anthem spot featuring Ryan Lochte, epically swimming across the Atlantic as a metaphor for all that Team USA athletes have to do to get to the Olympic Games. Throughout his journey, we see him overcoming one obstacle after another until he finally swims ashore in London. The ad is part of the Journeys campaign, following the Team USA preparations for competition, online at att.com/teamusa.

The Warming Up ad is part of the Journey campaign was developed at BBDO New York by chief creative officer David Lubars, senior creative directors Grant Smith and Rick Ardito, creative director/copywriter Peter Albores, associate creative director/art director Hunter Fine, executive producers Julie Collins, agency producer David Rolfe, executive producer Cheryl Gackstetter, music producer Melissa Chester.
Filming was shot by directors Marie Hyon and Marco Spier at Psyop/Smuggler, with Smuggler executive producer Allison Kunzman, Psyop producer Kate Sutherland, managing director Lucia Grillo, producer Anna de Castro
