Verizon has released a teaser for Motorola‘s upcoming Android phone, the Droid Razr. The thirty second commercial features the phone flying around a city at high speeds, slicing through fire hydrants, street lamps and statues. The Droid Razr will be released in the USA, exclusively with Verizon, on the 11th of November 2011, at 11:11 am.

The Droid Razr will be the first smartphone in the popular Motorola Razr line of mobile phones. The phone’s release coincides with Google’s announcement that it has agreed to acquire Motorola Mobility, the creator of the Razr line of phones.
The Slice ad was developed at McGarryBowen, New York, by executive creative directors Mark Koelfgen and Russell Lambrecht, associate creative directors Jason Slack and Laurence Gega, executive producer Drew Lippman, assistant producer Jessica Gardner and music producer Jean Scofield.
Filming was shot by director Noam Murro via Biscuit Filmworks with director of photography Toby Irwin, producer Jay Veal, production designer Bruce McCloskey, managing director Shawn Lacy Tessaro and executive producer Colleen O’Donnell.
