The Phoenix building, a recently built apartment building in Melbourne, promoted the release of its luxury, full-floor apartments with “I Am Floor…”, a press, magazine and online advertising campaign highlighting to buyers the possibilities open to them by purchasing in Melbourne’s cultural heart. Created by Fender Katsalidis Architects, Phoenix offers buyers their own floor –- 28 apartments over 28 levels.
The Phoenix I Am campaign was designed at Twenty20, Melbourne, by executive creative director Fysh Rutherford, senior art director Gun Woo Suk, senior copywriter Angus Williams, digital developer Honshii Ong, media planner/buyer Jane Cook, David Ogden and Sarah Dundas at Media Kitchen, working with Peter Hart, Tom Ormerod and Kate Warton at Knight Frank Real Estate, James Pearce and Lani Fender at Fender Katsalidis. Graphic design (Brandmark) was by R-Co Design . Publicity was by Rick Willis.
