Otrivin nasal decongestant spray is presented as the means to an aura of intelligence for those disadvantaged by their mouth breathing in this pair of television commercials from Switzerland. “Classroom Craft” and “Shoelaces”, developed for Novartis Consumer Health, show how blocked noses can alter the way others perceive us. The tagline: “The pleasure of breathing”. The campaign won a Gold Film Lion at Cannes International Festival of Creativity.

The Mouth Breather campaign was developed at Saatchi & Saatchi Switzerland, Geneva, by chief creative officers John Pallant, Derek Green, creative director Leon Jacobs, art directors Lisa Mcleod, Daniela Nedelschi, Lucy Crudgington, copywriters Maureen Mccabe, Boris Declerck, agency producer Scott Mcburnie, advertiser’s supervisor Charlie Hough, planner Carolyn Dateo, account managers Mélanie Foucher, Cassy Ymar, account supervisors Stéphanie Rupp and Giuliana Mandelli.
