Mitsubishi Outlander Obstacles
Mitsubishi is promoting the 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander GT in Brazil with the concept, “A Sports UV for someone who needs more than an SUV,” (Um esportivo para quem precisa mais do que um esportivo). The campaign premiered on July 29 with over 30 print advertisements, a 1 minute and 30 second television commercial, and digital presentations. The Obstaculos (Obstacles) commercial at the centre of the campaign features a vehicle driven with precision around a warehouse setting off symbols of an all rounder lifestyle.

The Obstacles ad was developed at Africa, Sao Paulo, by creative directors Sergio Gordilho, Flavio Waiteman, Humberto Fernandez and Rafael Pitanguy, copywriter Alexandre Abu, art director Erico de Camargo, agency producers Daniela Andrade and Vanila Fernandes, account team Marcelo Passos, Carolina Barretto and Fernanda Sierra, planners Marcia Nery and Renata Lodi, media team Luiz Fernando Vieira, Fabio Freitas, Tony Arbex and Gabriel Roveri, working with Mitsubishi marketing team Corinna de Souza Ramos, Leticia Mesquita and Marilia Fujiwara.
Post production was done at Hungry Man and Átomo VFX.
Sound was produced at Apollo Studios and A9 Audio.
