Memory Lane Steps Back in Time

United Online has rebranded Classmates.com as Memory Lane, with an advertising campaign highlighting the site’s 100 million pieces of sights, sounds and experiences of the past. “Time Machine”, a TV ad, flies through 60 years of American in 30 seconds. The company has forged licensing agreements with TIME LIFE, Getty, AP, Universal Newsreels, etc., plus has the largest collection (70,000 and growing) of high school yearbooks in one place. Almost 60 million members are able to rediscover, relive, revisit and reminisce about the important events in their lives through vintage collections of music, movies, magazines, newsreels, classic videos, newspapers, yearbooks and more.
