Mastercard Rugby World Cup Facebook Tags
MasterCard‘s sponsorship of the 2011 Rugby World Cup is being promoted in New Zealand with a site, signup.mastercard.co.nz/RWC2011, that invites all fans to celebrate and share their memories of the most unforgettable moments in the history of the Rugby World Cup. Facebook connected fans are able to tag themselves in videos of the games, generating wall posts on their profile pages.
The Facebook tag campaign was developed at MercerBell, Sydney, by executive creative director David Bell, creative director Carmela Soares, art director Lizi Hammer, copywriter Shelley Dodd, producer Lucy Proffitt, head of development Scott Forrester, in association with McCann Sydney.
