KFC Love So Good

KFC in South Africa is appealing to nostalgia in “So Good”, a television commercial featuring the nostalgic dance of an elderly couple back through their lives together. Seamless transitions form part of the subtle choreography of KFC Love So Good, creating a magical blend of reality and wonder, enough for Sir Elton John to bend his rules and allow the use of his timeless track, “Your Song”. Film director Erik Van Wyk says, ‘It is about the love of two people who have spent their whole lives together. So it was important for technical not to overshadow humanity, but rather support it with a soft touch.’
