JeChange Choosing a Husband

French insurance product comparison site Jechange.fr is running a humorous television commercial comparing shopping for insurance to shopping for a husband. A young girl plays with two male dolls and one female doll as she asks her mother how she chose her husband. All parents will one day get the question how they met, but this mother isn’t telling the romantic story to her daughter. Instead she is telling her the plain truth. Accompanied with the slogan “On gagne toujours a comparer” (it’s always worth shopping around).

Having aprticipated in the lauch of this ad for jechange.fr, I have to say that the different agencies we used nearly all used the “choose your partner” approach. The funniest thing was that we launched the ad the day of Prince William’s wedding. I couldn’t help but imagine Kate in the rôle of the mother of the ad !!!

    LOL

By the way, jechange doesn’t only compare insurances, but a number of other verticals also such as Energy, Telecoms, ADSL and banking services.

    Anyway, great job by Publicis.
