IKEA’s “Kitchen Party” commercial has won a Gold award at the British Arrows. The commercial features the Jona Lewie 1980 hit “You’ll Always Find Me In The Kitchen At Parties”, remixed by Arthur Baker and performed by Man Like Me (Peter Duffy and Johnny Langer)

The Kitchen Party campaign was developed at Mother London by creative directors Feh Tarty, Stephen Butler, Mark Waites & Robert Saville, copywriters/art directors Erik Nordenankar, Daniel Mencak, Julia Stenius and Erik Hedman, account director Niki Manley, agency producer Craig Keppler.
Filming was shot by director Kim Gehrig via Academy Films, London, with executive producer Lizie Gower and producer Laura Hegarty, director of photography Florian Hoffmeister.
Post production was done at The Moving Picture Company, London, by VFX artist Eileen Chan, visual effects assistants Tom Harding, Lisa Ryan and Mikael Pettersson. Editor was Joe Guest at Final Cut.

Her name is Lavinia Sima. Herself and the other bird did a shoot for Zoo magazine off the back of the ad. I want to marry her
