The 2011 Sydney Royal Easter Show, the oldest and largest annual event in Australia, is being promoted with an integrated advertising campaign featuring three old school cartoon characters Bluey (dog), Smokey (pig) and Milky (cow). The animated television commercial at the centre of the campaign shows the three animals racing to attend the biggest show in town, run from 14 to 27 April. The campaign also includes an iPhone app and a contest to win a gold carnival wrist band.

The Easter Show animation concept was developed at DDI Adworks Sydney and produced at XYZ Studios, Sydney, by director Stephen Watkins, art director Auver Cedric Austria and illustrator/animator Marco Palmieri.
The iPhone app was developed at C2 Media, Sydney.
