Hornbach, the German DIY store, is running “Jede Veränderung braucht einen Anfang” (Every Change Needs a Beginning), a television commercial featuring a village where everyone keeps their hands in their pockets. As the narrator explains, life is changed forever when a large object rolls into town.

The Hands campaign was developed at Heimat, Berlin by creative director Guido Heffels, copywriter Sabina Hesse, art director Hendrik Schweder.
Filming was shot by director Pep Bosch via Trigger Happy Productions, Berlin, with director of photography Paco Femenia, with executive producer Stephan Vens, Miliane Nani Meimeth, producer Ivo Ceplevis, local production company Angel Films, Helsinki, editor Fabrizio Rossetti, production designer Marco Bittner-Rosser and stylist Charlotte Chadwick. Post production was by VFX artist Rafael Solórzano at El Ranchito, Madrid.
Music, “uber Sizzers”, was composed by Tijmen Bergman and Maurits Goossens at La Boutique Fantastique, Rotterdam.
