Google has released “Checkout”, an online video drawing attention to the questionable quality of many online shopping experiences. A young man attempts to buy a loaf of bread at the local store, only to find that the checkout clerk is not going to make it easy. Viewers are invited to check out Google Analytics to keep an eye on the points at which site users drop out of online commercial transactions.
