Pan-African bank Ecobank have released their brand advertising campaign The Rhythm of Africa, celebrating life across the continent. The integrated campaign opens with a 60 second television commercial and extends to radio, retail banks, billboard, press, website and digital media. Ecobank, with its headquarters in Togo, has more branches across Africa than any other bank in the world.

The Rhythm of Africa campaign was developed at Brand Communications, London, by creative director Ben Millar, copywriter Paul Hodgkinson, senior art director Yvonne Hall, head designer Sarita Immelman, account director Yvan Guehi, producer Suee Lee-Stern.
‘We wanted to engage our audience with something memorable, relevant and engaging’ said Ben Millar, creative director. ‘In an age where some financial institutions are having issues of transparency we wanted to produce a ‘real’ feel to the work.’
Filming was shot by director Trevor Melvin via RSA Films with director of photography Ben Butler.
Post production was done at Peep Show, London, by editor Lizzy Graham. Sound was designed at Angell Sound by producer Dave Robinson. Music was produced at Altitude Music, London, by producer Caspar Kedros and composer Dare Abe.
