Cake Imagery Retouched Sexy

Cake Imagery, a digital retouching studio in Vancouver, has worked with DDB Vancouver to produce “Sexy”, a clever little spot promoting their services. A woman on a couch tells us about her success in the modeling world, revealing the incredible contrasts between her magazine cover photographs and her actual appearance.

The Sexy ad was developed at DDB Canada, Vancouver, by creative director Dean Lee, art director Colin Hart, copywriter Kevein Rathgeber and agency producer Sue Bell, working with Cake Imagery founders Laara Cerman and Kevin Lanthier.

Filming was shot by director/photographer Anthony Redpath via Circle, Vancouver, with director of photography Ian Barrett. Editing was done at Cycle Media. Audio post production was done at GGRP. Telecine was done at Alter Ego, Toronto.
