WWF European Car Free Day
European Car Free Day, run in September 22 2009, was given a touch of class in this print advertising campaign from Ogilvy Budapest. A chrome panda, the mascot of WWF, is shown on the front mudguard of a bicycle, by day and by night. The Car Free Day was the climax of European Mobility Week, an awareness raising campaign aiming at sensibilising citizens to the use of public transport, cycling, walking and at encouraging European cities to promote these modes of transport and to invest in the new necessary infrastructures.
The European Car Free Day advertising campaign was developed at Ogilvy, Budapest, by creative director Bartek Rams, art director Diana Pusztao, copywriter Judith Kun, photographer Tomek Albin via Shootme, retoucher Stanisław Tarczyński.
