Womans Day Stage

Woman’s Day, the Australian magazine from ACP, is using a new recording of Buddy Holly’s iconic “Every Day” in “Stage” a commercial featuring dancing frocks, glitter & sparkles, celebs and paps, flying zodiacs and lipsticks on legs. The theatrical extravaganza features sections of the magazine, drawing inspiration from Broadway stage shows and Baz Lurhmann-style productions.

Stage was developed at Banjo Advertising by creative director/art director Georgia Arnott, copywriter Sean Larkin and agency producer Meredyth Judd.

Filming was shot by director Diamond Dogs (Olly Williams and Phil Sansom) via Photoplay Films with producers Florence Tourbier and Olivier Lawrance and director of photography Hugh Miller.

Editor was Joe Morris at Cutting Edge. Music and sound were produced at Nylon Studios.
