VH1, Viacom’s popular culture channel, has been running an integrated advertising campaign in North and South America, using the tag line, “The Wonderful World of VH1″. Two television commercials from the campaign appeal to an audience whose attention is focused on the bizarre and weird. “Anti-Rock Star” is the story of what happens when a rock star and an anti-rock star meet. “If You Like” introduces us to the tastes of incredible variety of tastes out there, including robot love, linking us to VH1′s call-in voting culture.

The Wonderful World TV campaign was developed at Young & Rubicam, New York by executive creative director Guillermo Vega, creative directors/copywriters Scott Vitrone and Ian Reichenthal, art director Menno Kluin, copywriter Icaro Doria, title designer Mihail Aleksandrov, executive directors for content production Lora Schulson and Nathy Aviram, producers Lora Schulson and Jo Kelly, and music supervisor Eric David Johnson.
Editor was Carlos Arias at Final Cut with producer Laura Patterson. Visual effects were produced at The Mill by artists Gavin Wellsman, Brendan O’Neill, Randy Krueger, colorist Jamie Wilkinson, producers Adrienne Britzman and Claudia Guevara.
Sound was designed and music was produced at Tone Farmer by sound designer/composer Jared Hunter and producer Christina Tortorelli. Audio mix was done at Sound Lounge by mixer Phillip Loeb. Voiceover casting was done at Phantom Audio.
