Sky TV Ride On Mower

Sky TV in New Zealand takes us on a cruise through Sky shows in “Ride On Mower”, the latest instalment in the Happy Place campaign. Ride on mowers are fun. They’re even more fun when you get to ride them in your Happy Place. Watch as one lady makes an innocently destructive trip through her favourite shows, leaving behind a few less than impressed stars. She mows through UFO documentaries (crop circles), a game of golf with Tiger Woods, Food TV, Michael Caton’s Hot Property, a travel documentary in Mongolia and Sex and the City.

The Ride on Mower ad was developed at DDB New Zealand by executive creative director Toby Talbot, head of art Dave Brady, head of copy Paul Hankinson, executive agency producer Judy Thompson, copywriters Paul Hankinson and Joe Hawkins, agency producer Kim Baldwinson, account manager Brad Armstrong and account director Danielle Richards working with Sky TV marketing director Mike Watson.

Filming was shot by director Nathan Price via Capital City Films, Wellington, with producer Julie Elstone and director of photography Ginny Loane. Post production was done at Perceptual Engineering, Liquid Studios (audio) and YukFoo (3D animation).
