Nissan continues the ‘Urbanproof’ advertising series for the Nissan Qashqai Crossover, with Urban Bowling, a spoof of the Sony Bravia Balls commercial. The tough and stylish vehicle has already appeared in epic urban confrontations, Skateboard (Ride the City), Play with the city, and Gangs, and started down the Bravia track mwith “Artistic Paintball”. The Paintball ad, filmed in Bangkok in December 2009, splashed around thousands of litres of paint, in an obvious tribute to the Sony Bravia Paint ad. Now we see cars being mauled by bouncing bowling balls with the Qashqai emerging the victor, taking off the Sony Bravia Balls ad. See the campaign online at www.nissanurbanproof.com and the Nissan Urbanproof YouTube channel.
