Monster.com launched “Boogeyman” this year, a television commercial featuring a miscast Boogeyman who lands the dream job he’s always been searching for. In what could have been a scene from Monsters Inc, the Boogeyman finds himself beaten, tackled and exposed in his regular attempts to scare children. Finally he looks up Monster.com on a family computer to get himself a desk job as an RPA accountant.

The Boogeyman ad was developed at BBDO New York by creative director Jerome Marucci and Steve McElligott, and agency producer Anthony Curti.
Post production was done at Framestore New York by senior Flame artist Raul Ortego and producer Jean Dewey.
