Lady Gaga has released the music video for “Alejandro”, one of the singles from her 2009 album The Fame Monster. Filmed by photographer Steven Klein, the nine minute film shows Gaga in cabaret mode with male dancers, interspersed with Roman Catholic imagery. Her character battles between the lustful temptations of the world and her desire to seek the holy, dressed in a latex nun outfit, ingesting rosary beads and dressing as a Joan of Arc figure.
