Swedish newpaper Dagens Industri is promoting print advertising with a spoof new media case study. “The Greatest Ad Campaign Ever” tells the story of an agency which gets the word out on the new Zoo 4WD’s launch in Sweden by building a zoo near Stockholm. The campaign spreads through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Bambuser, MySpace and flash mobs, with product placement to match. It all ends, however, with an attempt to persuade viewers that print advertising is really much simpler and easier.
