Bosch is promoting the 550 watt MMR 1501 electric food chopper with a print advertising campaign featuring terrorized vegetables. Three vegetables, a capsicum (bell pepper), pumpkin and lettuce, are presented cut in half to reveal a scream-like appearance, what Ads of the World labels “Veggi Fear”. The first two, with seeds standing in for teeth, give us that sense of horror. The leafy greens ad, however, has an amorphous, formless look.
The Terror campaign was developed at DDB, Düsseldorf, by creative directors Michael Roeder, Anke Lieb, art directors Sabine Köhnlein, Maya Darli, copywriter Andreas Klein, photographers Christian Stoll and Rasmus.
