Boga Cidre’s online viral campaign featuring Tunisian actor Dhafer el Abbidine (also known as Dhaffer L’Abidine) has won the Grand Prix for both Interactive and Craft at the Dubai Lynx Awards. The video at the centre of the fake scandal shows an old lady interrupting the shooting of a commercial, thinking that Dhafer is really the mean character he plays in the soap that made him popular in Tunisia. The scene was shot and launched on the Boga Cidre Facebook page. See the video (with English subtitles) here at Boga Cidre.
