Brussels Airlines have had to cancel all flights due to the impact of volcanic activity in Iceland. But their latest advertising campaign continues to make an impact, drawing a connection between their inflight service standards with the experiences of commuters on the ground.

The On the Ground campaign was developed at Duval Guillaume, Brussels, by creative directors Katrien Bottez and Peter Ampe, creatives Ralf de Houwer and Jonas Caluwe, agency producer Emily Rammant, account team An Van den Cruyce, Denis Henet, with Brussels Airlines contacts Bernard Gustin, Marion Van Reeth, Liselotte De Vriendt and Matthieu Fores.
Filming was shot by director Annemie Vandeputte via Take Five, Brussels, with producers Alon Knoll and Gregory Zalcman, director of photography Ruben Impens.
Music was produced by Phile Bokken and Gérard at Sonicville.
