VIP, a men’s magazine in Brazil, recently ran a print advertising campaign, “Doors”, encouraging men to see the magazine as the way to ensure they get lucky with women. Men walk through a set of doors, choosing the right pick up line to get to the next level, hoping to eventually end up with a woman in bed. The Portuguese copy translated into English is “Who reads VIP knows the way. Fashion, pop culture, tips and everything else a man needs to get lucky.”
Doors was developed at MatosGrey, Sao Paulo, Brazil, by creative directors Silvio Matos, Guy Costa, Leandro Castilho, art director Andre Sallowicz, copywriter Filipe Medici, illustrator Burti HD, and photographer Marcio Sallowicz.
