Stihl chainsaws are being pushed in a controversial television commercial released in New Zealand, raising the ire of some viewers, but amusing others. New Zealand television channel TV3 has reported on the concerns being raised about the appropriateness of staging a joke on the deathbed of an old man.

A family gathers around an old dying patriarch, waiting for his final moment. Two brothers compete to hear his final words…
