Peugeot has released “Perfect Day”, a television commercial for the new Crossover 3008, with grip control technology. On first glance this appears to be just another car advertisement. On closer inspection we find a visual effects study in snow, sleet and mud.
It was a dark and stormy night. But with the help of the right technology, doing donuts in the snow was a breeze!
Perfect Day was developed at BETC Paris, by creative directors Agnes Cavard and Valerie Chidlovsky, and agency producer Fabrice Brovelli.
Filming was shot at Psyop, Los Angeles, Stink, London by creative directors Cedric Nicolas-Troyan and Laurent Ledru, executive producers Greg Panteix (Stink) and Neysa Horsbough (Psyop), producers Michel Moniot (Stink) and Ron Cosentino (Psyop), director of photography Philippe Le Sourd and editor Brett Nicoletti.
